Synergy and Midcoast Council (MDC) are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Buckets way Landfill extension and leachate transfer system, Taree NSW. Our dedicated team of engineers, workers, and landfill specialists have meticulously planned and executed each phase of the project in close collaboration with MDC. This achievement underscores our commitment to responsible waste management and environmental stewardship whilst ensuring safe management of waste for the local community.

Another significant milestone has been reached for the Coomera Connector Stage 1 North package with the first year of construction nearly complete. We take great pride in our contribution to this project, having to date successfully treated over 6,500,000 litres of water on site whilst achieving 100% compliance.

“The purpose-built waste site was designed with a series of giant landfill cells, each as big as two football fields and four metres deep,” Evans said. “Rather than simply dumping the waste in a hole, residential landfill waste is compressed into cubic metre bales in Orange and then transported to the site to be stacked in rows. Orange City Council’s Environmental Sustainability Committee Chair, Councillor David Mallard, said the design of the waste facility continues to be pioneering.
