Synergy were a finalist in the prestigious 2017 CCF NSW Earth Awards for the construction of the Wollongbar Sporting Fields and Associated Infrastructure for Ballina Shire Council. The multi-faceted nature and unique challenges of this project made it a perfect candidate for this prestigious event.
The Council engaged synergy for the construction of this important local community project after its development budget had been significantly compromised by pre-tender planning issues and available federal funding. Synergy worked with the Council, offering industry-leading experience and technical solutions to deliver the development within a budget 20% lower that the lowest tendered sum.
