Golf Club House Adaptive Reuse

Sydney Harbour Federation Trust required a sympathetic approach to accommodate heritage management needs for partial building demolition, and the external and internal reuse and refurbishment of the heritage listed/dilapidated golf club house. Complete installation of new engineering services (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire) we provided. An external civil infrastructure package including new car park, foot paths, driveways, landscaping, lighting and signage suitable for commercial building reuse was successfully implemented.
