Since early 2016 Synergy has been engaged by Sydney Water Corporation Pty Ltd (SWC) to undertake and manage multiple remediation, civil and hazardous material projects across SWC owned assets throughout the Sydney basin.
In January 2017 Synergy was selected to be part of SWC’s Demolition, Remediation, Hazardous Building Material (HBM) Management and Civil services panel that is made up of specialist contractors that SWC can engage for the purposes of addressing their assets issues.
Many of these assets have legacy contamination concerns that require remedial attention, demolition or civil upgrade.
A selection of project sites that Synergy have been involved with since 2016 have include Bayview, Denham Court, Manly, Dangar Island, Botany, Berowra, Wareemba and Woronora. The works involved on such project sites include HBM removal & Management, Demolition of structures including disused reservoirs and remediation (including reinstatement) of contaminated land sites.
SWC is a valued client that has a diverse asset portfolio for which has a broad range of remediation issues. Synergy’s technical and practical experience is drawn upon by SWC’s project managers to ensure that SWC’s end goals and desired outcomes are achieved for each individual project.
