Synergy was engaged by the Department of Defence to undertake a diverse range of civil, demolition and environmental activities concurrently on seven buildings. Works were sequenced efficiently to meet client development schedules, whilst ensuring that all services were either relocated and/or terminated to ensure site safety.

Hazardous materials were identified during the works and supplementary remedial actions, involving asbestos contaminated soil removal and disposal, were undertaken to facilitate site validation and conformance to the agreed project schedule. Works were completed safely, on schedule and under budget for the contracted scope, enabling Defence to deliver the broader re-development program for the site.
