Occupational Hygiene
Holistic and integrated services, including comprehensive assessment and reporting for all aspects of occupational hygiene.
Each individual project has its own unique occupational hygiene challenges and as such, Synergy staff are experienced in working closely with clients, regulatory bodies and local authorities to determine the most effective and compliant solution. We use a combination of science and engineering processes in the design and implementation of works programs to ensure appropriate control strategies are in place to mitigate against adverse effects to health, caused by the working environment.
Synergy’s specialist technical team include representatives and active members of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute and Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists (AIOH). Our specialists hold extensive experience in the assessment and management of chemical hazards in the workplace. The Synergy team develop holistic and integrated services for hazardous building material surveys, asbestos and lead paint identification and management, vapor, dust, noise and vibration assessment and management, and air monitoring.

To ensure that construction activities are managed appropriately to meet air quality and odour objectives, Synergy plan for early detection of air quality and odour issues. Site specific mitigation measures are implemented that allow for real-time assessment of airborne pollutants, minimising any adverse effects on sensitive receptors.
With over 200 remediation projects completed to date on various contaminated sites around Australia and Asia Pacific, Synergy know exactly what has to be done to ensure client safety.
