Contracted by Tennis Gold Coast, Synergy undertook a 2-stage works program consisting of demolition and reconstruction of the tennis facilities at Queens Park, Gold Coast.
Having completed similar works previously, Synergy leveraged experience and capabilities to deliver the state-of-the-art centre for current and future tennis stars. The works included the installation of 10 concrete and acrylic playing surfaces, lighting towers, fencing and an expansion of the existing car parking facilities.
Synergy’s delivery and project management expertise accompanied by experienced subcontractors ensured that the specialist works including block work, fencing and court re-surfacing was completed efficiently and in a cost-effective manner to meet the client’s needs.
These works showcase Synergy’s skills in subcontractor management and the delivery of superior sporting facilities that will benefit the local community for years to come.
