Synergy was contracted by Tweed Shire Council to construct the new Stotts Creek Landfill Cell C. Excavation and construction have been undertaken utilising GPS Machine Control and works completed in full adherence with strict EPA guidelines for construction and management.

Synergy was engaged by Transport for NSW to high pressure clean the foam rooms and drainage sumps situated at the bottom of the M1 Pacific Highway's Tugun Tunnel. The works required the treatment of PFAS impacted wash water and sludge collected from the site drainage sumps.  

Contracted by Tennis Gold Coast, Synergy undertook a 2-stage works program consisting of demolition and reconstruction of the tennis facilities at Queens Park, Gold Coast. Having completed similar works previously, Synergy leveraged experience and capabilities to deliver the state-of-the-art centre for current and future tennis stars. The works included the installation of 10 concrete and acrylic playing surfaces, lighting towers, fencing and an expansion of the existing car parking facilities.

The Byron Shire Council engaged Synergy Resource Management for the remediation of the former Mullumbimby Hospital site where near surface asbestos was identified. Synergy undertook remedial excavation under friable asbestos conditions and disposed of contaminated material offsite. Following the achievement of design levels a controlled cap was installed, incorporating a geofabric marker layer, placement of approved clean fill and the establishment and maintenance of a grass surface.

Synergy were engaged to design, construct and operate a solids dewatering and water treatment system for collecting and treating material from various sites across the project. Synergy’s bespoke multistage filtration system dewaters solids from site-wide Non-Destructive-Digging (NDD) works. The decanted liquids are then treated to remove contaminants of concern. The sludge treatment plant (STP) was designed to separate the solid and liquid component of NDD spoil generated on the project.
